I know this will sound horrific to most of you, but I'm getting pressured to buy a bike rack for use with my X-Type estate. I don't like the look or the risk of damaging the paintwork. Any recommendations for a suitable model, that will not risk damaging the paint. All (sensible, and funny) answers appreciated.

Hi, next week I pick up my 2009 X-type estate. This has built in Navigation. Can anyone advise how these systems can be updated? Help appreciated.
