XF 3.0 S 2011: I had the PDF full warning 2 years ago. The warning was reset several times but came back. Turned out to be a crack in the manifold. The wrong airflow (or something, not an expert) triggered the PDF-sensor, but it had nothing to do with PDF. A very expensive replacement of the manifold solved the problem. Just wanted to share the info...
