  1. Hi All, We completed a install this week into a New 2010 Jag XJ. The customer required a system that would not effect the look of the dash and work well through the existing system of the car. We managed to install our JustDrive remote kit. This was well received and the customer was very happy with the performance. We installed the kit on the right hand fuse panel and run the antenna to the right quart light so there was nothing on show. All the customer saw was the credit card size remote and the station name on the cluster and head unit as it would be normally. If anyone wants to see any images please email us. Cheers Jono

  2. Hi Peter, Thanks for advising John that he can get information from www.jagrepair.com a very good resource for technical info. I would suggest that John goes to the page www.jagrepair.com/JaguarStypeElectricalOBD11Codes.htm and then scrolls down to S-type 2002.5 - 2008 FSM Workshop Manual click on that and you download a large file that gives you a full manual for the car, it is a very useful document, it contains everything you need, except a mechanic to do it for you!!!. Cheers, Graham. (I am also a retired old git in the West Midlands with a 2007 Diesel S-Type, plus a few other Jaguars) :)

  3. yup , that's exactly what I've done, i should have used some wood to put between the metal but when I've realised that it was time to start. The job went surprisingly well, though while replacing the track rod ends I've noticed that anti-roll bar links are in poor shape and i have to go in there again this weekend (if the order will be delivered in time)

  4. I just cannot believe people fall for all that guff . I haven't seen any of the adverts and don't intend to either . Still, it is an article from an American paper , the land of the gullible , according to my daughter who lives there. ATB, Trevor (The old one)
