The expert judging panel was impressed by a greatly expanded range of hybrid and plug-in hybrid offerings and a focus on dedicated Fleet & Business customer support, leading to tangible and significant improvements in fleet performance.
Over the past year, Jaguar Land Rover has enhanced its dedicated support for Fleet & Business customers through the Jaguar Land Rover Business Centre support team and central Customer Experience Centre for Customer Service. Representation of Fleet & Business Centres has increased from 30 to 40 retailers in response to True Fleet demand, supported by comprehensive development of product training, finance and insurance, salary sacrifice and SME marketing activity.
