Premium Member announcement! - Halfords Discount
Due to circumstances beyond our control, Halfords has made the decision to slightly reduce the discount level they have been generously passing onto the members for many years.
From 1st January 2023 until 31st January 2023 the discount has now been reduced to 10%.
As from the 1st February 2023, the discount will then decrease to 8% for the foreseeable future.Existing Halfords Wallet cards will still work after the 1st of January 2023.
This offer will still apply to in-store purchases only (T&Cs apply)
Although Halfords has reduced their discount, we are striving to lower your motoring costs by providing discounts through your Premium membership.
Take a look at the current discount providers that we currently have on-board and see if there are any deals that could save you money!

I have not heard of any needing replacement unless blocked or for some other reason. Trev here may have more of an answer, hopefully here will comment here shortly
Weekly italian tune ups in 3rd gear up the dual carriageway will keep that maintained well. Millers works to keep the light off but it really needs those revs up, and don't be frightened to get those revs right up. -
Draper Tools was started in 1919 when the founder, Bert Draper, sold government surplus and tools in markets around the Kingston Upon Thames area. This led to the purchase of the original warehouse, from which the Draper Tool Company Limited as we know it today was born, although at this time it was known as B. Draper & Son Limited and owned the trademark B.D.S. Although Draper Tools sold its own brand as early as this time, it was also a quality Engineers Merchant and Tool Wholesaler, selling brands that are well known today, such as, Britool, King *****, Elliott Lucas, etc.
Draper Tools are offering club members an exclusive 10% off the whole Draper range (Via the FFX website) when using the discount code (visible to premium members only)
FFX offer FREE next day delivery when ordering tools up until 8pm.
This offer is for Draper tools only. The discount code will not be valid for any other product.

Hi Paul
May be worth giving your dealer a call to confirm as this is something you would need solid confirmation on, would not want to get it wrong.
If it is please let us know. -
Hi Ant
I think thats how it comes, It's the same on mine
-
Hi Paul
Give SNG Barratt a call : https://www.sngbarratt.com/English/#/uk/home
Also if you can get hold of the part numbers you can search by part number which will bring up the parts available online.
-
Hi Darren
have your tried https://www.sngbarratt.com/
You may need to get the part number which will help as you could then search eBay with that part number

Hey folks, We are doing a small poll to find out what fuel types are our Jag owners using at the moment. Help us with our small poll.
You will need to be signed in to vote.

Thanks, Steve.
I have had a search but they were devious enough to use personal messages.
Regards,
Peter.
They have been hitting a lot of clubs this weekend. we have closed off the messaging system for members group for the moment until we can screw things right down.
-
We have removed them. Looking in to removing their messages
-
Thanks for your messgae, it's not really a site insecurity, they just used the messaging system as a way to spam everyone. This has been turned off for now until we add some restrictions to stop it being abused.
We are cleaning this up. -

Additives are a waste of money and do nothing. Get the dealer to check for a crack/leak in the intake manifold. An air leak causes over fuelling and a blocked dpf. A smoke test will reveal.
Cheers,
Mark
not necessarily, i used to have an s-type with engine light on periodically. It was the DPF and after using millers it kept the light off. We used the same stuff to maintain octane when we drove our Navara to mongolia. If you fill up with diesel in mongolia the engine sounds like a bag of spanners
Yes there is a lot of snake Oil around but some stuff works.

-
mine was superceded to the model number XR856588 which is for the XF
pricey.. especially when you compare prices to the X-type.. they are really cashing in on it
-
This can be altered to stop doing this. I found it annoying too
