Hi Anyone know where i can get a good second hand or recon FRONT BODY CONTROL MODULE. DX23-14B476-BG. I have a 2013 XF sportbrake that just died on me at a junction and paul at Mike Allens in swindon says that is what it needs, but he can only get a new part at £2999. i cant afford that. anyone able to help

Worth contacting Moss, David Manners and other Jaguar specialists or find a rebuilder such as ATP and others who can recon the unit

Can you help please.
Had another complain re Halford's cards.
Member was told by Halfords you have to use an app to get discount.
As far as I know this is incorrect.
I advised the member that new cards with bar codes had been sent out.
That Halfords did accept cards but he replied-
"Thanks.
That was exactly what I said to them, but 3members of staff said that the cards were not used any more."
Please can you advise me.

That sounds odd, will have to contact Halfords tomorrow to see if there has been another change in policy but otherwise it will be a new card being issued to the member.

Good afternoon i have an 09 XF which I am very happy with but for one or two little niggles they may be connected, 1st the satellite navigation system, I delete old destinations only for them to return the next time I use it and it loses new destinations that I store in the memory, 2nd it’s pretty much the same with the radio, i’m sure I’m following the user guides to the letter can anyone please help?

Hi ,I m new member.
I am having a problem with the sat nav on my 2013 xf sportsbrake. I get an intermitant loss of gps signal and car thinks I am in Germany! Any idea gratefully received.

Not entirely sure but I would reboot the power to the system and go from there....it seems to be holding a memory by the sound of it. Try a battery reset (info on the technical section of the forum for this)

Hello, I just joined the club as a newer Jag owner, having replaced my lovely frost blue XK8 listed above. How do I go about listing it in the Cars for Sale section of the website, or is there a different location for private sellers? Thanks much for your advice.

Sorry, only just seen this post and your question.
Yes, 5 years is a long time for a battery....would definitely recommend replacing it and ensure that you get a quality (usually a little more expensive) battery.
Don't forget to use your Halfords Card for 15% discount if you buy from them
