The problem is getting the gearshift out of park into drive

Thanks for your reply it’s definitely not battery as new recently fitted I am thinking now it maybe gear selector unit off to garage now hopefully may get some answers regards Ray

Can anyone advise why park brake sticks, sometimes it works and sometimes I can’t get it out of park I wait a while then it works after a few tries

My 2003 s type is sticking in drive what could be the problem
