  1. Major service item – cambelt, tensioner and aux. Belt replaced at 112,000 miles.       It has been my pleasure to own this vehicle since March 2018 and it was intended to be “a keeper” to see me through my retirement years. A change of circumstances forces me to make a reluctant sale. It was chosen with care from the hundreds on the market then and apart from the all essential full service history (9 stamps to 109,482 miles) i was looking for one where the cambelt, tensioner and auxiliary belt had been changed at 112,000 miles as stipulated by jaguar. On this car the work was done by Guy Salmon Jaguar at 111,718 on 30/10/17. additionally, four new tyres and a new intercooler were fitted and the hard to access high pressure fuel pump awkwardly sited in the rear of the engine replaced. In the 12 months before my ownership a total of over £3,500 was expended, so it was the obvious choice for me! I am the fortunate fourth owner! An added bonus was the rare and desirable “S” specification, a £3,000 factory option giving 275bhp (240bhp as standard) and a massive 443lb/ft of torque (368lb/ft as standard). the 0-60 time is 5.9 seconds with a governed top speed of 155mph! this is a very quick jaguar, indeed! The fuel consumption on this low emission euro 5 engine is 42 mpg (combined cycle) and the road tax benefits with a modest £21.87 per month over 12 months. The original driver's pack of handbooks is present together with 2 fully operational remote smart keys, locking wheel nut key, unused space saver spare wheel, jack and tools and 2015 Sat.Nav. DVD. Some technical details are:- 2993cc, 275bhp, dohc 24 valve v6 direct injection twin turbo diesel engine mated to an auto gearbox with manual sequential paddle shift and sport/winter modes. sports suspension, rear spoiler, upgraded 19” jaguar alloys, dynamic sport mode, multimedia colour touch screen giving sat. Nav. Driver's information and settings, bluetooth phone function, dynamic stability control, traction control, pas, abs, front/side/rear/curtain airbags, isofix, electric front seats and steering column adjustment, rear parking sensors, dual zone climate control/ac, auto lights and rain sensing wipers, cruise control, multi function steering wheel controls, electric front and rear windows, remote c/locking and alarm/immobiliser, heated electrically adjustable mirrors, smart key entry, push button start, jaguar premium sound system with radio/mp3 and 6cd multi-changer, 8 speakers and ipod. Everything functions as it should. On the road, the car performs impeccably. The bodywork is extremely bright, dent and rust free. There are the inevitable minor stone chips and odd hairline surface scratches to be expected on a car of this age and mileage. The leather interior is without rips, tears or wear. There is a small hairline crack in the cover of the cubby hole at the front of the armrest but it remains fully useable. On the vehicle file of recent expenditure is a clean hpi check carried before my purchase dated 30/1/2018. On 19/3/18 at 112,807 miles, to keep servicing up to date under my ownership, the cabin and air filters were changed together with the brake fluid. On 19/10/18 at 114,861 miles the oil and filter were changed (5w 30 fully synthetic- low saps) The mot was passed with one advisory “brake pad low warning” and expires on 29/3/20. the cause has been investigated and found to be a sensor fault, now corrected. A viewing appointment to suit us both can be made by email or phone. I live in Bexhill, East Sussex and being retired i am available most days. Payment can be made by cash or credit transfer Price £7250 Or near offer Year 2010 Mileage 117,000 miles Telephone 01424 219920
