Hi joe. Thanks for that, now the engine management light has gone out aswell all seems to be well i dtopped my mum off at home and went to select reverse before the car came to a complete stop maybe that had something to do with it but i deffo cant ignore it, ive found a very highly recommended indepent jag mechanic aswell so ill have to take it to him should save me a few quid. Hi guys. Im new to this site ive got a 2012 2.2 jag xf and a gearbox fault light came on and park brake inoperable the car seemed to be limping when i got home and switched off i restarted and drove it and it drives normally but the engine management light is still on its amber not red any help would be really appreciated. Thanks
