Hi, I have a 2017 Jaguar XF 2.0d automatic but no matter how I stop this car, whether in neutral or in park, the start/stop function doesn't work. Any ideas?

I've found that with fan at lowest speed you cannot really feel anything so press the airflow direction button or icon and click face and feet..you should feel it better then
