Hey , This is similar to the TFT screen module, being the actual component that is the electronic video device equalling the CONSOLE . IF this device does not initialize correctly at the power on or reset conditions at the cPU to peripheral level then the TFT Fails to display properly . PCB track or connector ,processor download speed to high for TFT download OR OTHER etc Design error or fault REPLACE UNIT INSIST .........faulty ,,,,,,PCB level fault ,proven by REPLACE or erratic reset .
