Mine didn't work at all. Opened it up to check the battery and found traces of liquid inside the case. I don't know what it was, but I knew that it didn't belong there. I took the circuit board out and flushed it good with 90% rubbing alcohol. Worked the little switch buttons until they were all moving good and then let it dry. Works fine now.
