Thanks its my first auto and just trying to keep it in its best condition.

I have a x type 2.2 auto with 90000 on the clock, gearbox working fine as far as I know but does it need an oil change, Apparently a sealed unit but on forums it conflicting advice, I have read about changing it a bit at a time but not sure which way to go. Thanks any advice appreciated.
