  1. same problem as mine, only mine is drivers door. Going into dealer next week. After investigation it looks like the plastic end to cable release may have broken, so no direct input from electric motor to mechanical lock.
  2. Can anyone give me any advice, my drivers door is locked, it will not open with fob, key blade or buttons on door. All other doors operate fine. Is there something simple to open door?
  3. Can anyone give ma a solution to this. My incontrol app works in everyway except recording of journeys. It has been fine for 4 years but has not recorded since end of August. I have deleted most of the recorded journeys incase the memory was full, but not helped. I have contacted Jaguar but never get a reply. Any help appreciated. All other functions work fine.
