Restricted performance 2.7D SE S Type Auto

Hi all My 2006 S Type 2.7 D SE Is now showing restricted performance on the dash, however the old girl still performs as normal. At the same time as this happened the speedo and mileage failed to register. Mileage about 67k. Any idea's please. Mike.
