multiple warning lights, intermittant

Thanks Jim, I'll get the battery checked out, I do have a small local garage who looks after our company cars, he plugged in and found a number of intermittant codes, which he wiped. -
18 plate F-type R. I have intermittant multiple warning lights appearing, inc E-diff, stability control, two wheel drive only, and more. I'm pretty sure these many warings are as a result of a glitch in the electronics, but I'm loath to take it to my local dealership, who will happily impoverish me running through multiple ultimately futile checks. Does anyone have any idea of common faults that could cause these warning lights? Thank you Chris
