I'm in the US - Pittsburgh, PA - having the same issue with the central locking malfunction. I called around until I found a shop that had the Autologic analyzer. After I had gone to two Jag dealerships, which said it would be about $8K to fix, this guy fixed it for $271. Wolf'e's Foreign Auto.
