1997 XK8 convertible. Top problem. Pump reservoir full. No leaks. Top relays good. Battery good. Rear windows go down, latch releases. top goes up 2" and stops, Something is holding it. I can't push the hydraulic cylinders at all. The top will come back down but not far enough to latch, Back windows come back up. Thank you
