  1. Sounds pretty low to me too. The initial 28.4 seems low therefore I assume the car is being driven at reset. If you haven't tried this already, try starting the car then reset the trip before you set off, this at least will show only the specific journey data. Also, try trip A to verify whether there are any discrepancies between A and B. All the best.
  2. XF 3.0 Diesel November 2011: I regularly get 50 mpg on the motorway, around 38 locally. Regards, Colin
  3. Hi, I bought the same model (is yours black amethyst by any chance, it looks like it in the photos) three weeks ago from H.A. Fox Leeds. I've found it to be a truly great drive so far. For a 3.0litre engine it is extremely economical, but doesn't compromise when the "welly" is needed. The seats are the most comfortable I've ever owned, and I simply love the console facilities. The sound system is also the real deal. Do you, by any chance, have an iPhone? If I connect my iPhone to the iPod usb connector with bluetooth "on" and try to play music from the music library on the phone, the music stops after about two minutes. The manual implies that iPhone should work as the iPod does. Also, the "car to device" bluetooth can't find the iPhone which I find very strange ( the "device to car" works fine). Anyway, enjoy your Jag, I certainly am - drive safely, stay cool and alive!!!!! Regards, Colin PS. I have driven Mercedes for the last nine years, Audi before that. Neither have given me the buzz that this beast has!
  4. I can only pair the 4S with "phone to car" the car system doesn't see the iPhone. However, I have a problem trying to play music from my iPhone if the iPhone is connected through the "iPod" connector in the cubby box and bluetooth is activated. The music plays for a couple of minutes then stops completely. Shrieks of silence from Jaguar unfortunately! XF November 2011, therefore I can't reasonably see a compatibility issue.
