can any one help every day when i start the car a lot of white smoke comes from her and engine misses for a few secons shes does not use any water And when i leave the car for a few hours does the same as well and then the car then runs ok

You say smoke in the morning ---is there any smoke at all in the day if the engine gets cold then you restart.???
It could be an injector with a small leak --when it smokes does the engine run a little erratic
for a few seconds ????
