Since given up on the Witter and fitted a Thule/Brink. Now no problems and much easier to fit/remove.

Does anyone out there have a Brink towbar fitted to an XF? I have a Witter detachable fitted. The height of the ball is OK. It's centre is at the same level as the joint in the bumper, but it results in an unacceptable loss of ground clearance. The Brink involves no loss of ground clearance, but no one seems to know it's height relative to the car's bumper. Amazingly neither Jaguar nor Thule seem to have any information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
