I took it to a garage yesterday and they got it working but said it needed a new motor as it is very noisey , I always thought the noise was from the rubbers against the glass maybe had got a bit hard , I think they had put some oil or something on the rubber trim as the glass was all smeared ?

Hi, I have a 09 XF 3.0 Premium and drivers window used to go up slowly then go down now suddenly it has stopped working altogether , u can hear it click as if to go up or down but nothing happens ?
