Evostik impact works well. Apply to both surfaces with a stiff bristle brush until touch dry and then bond together.

Just purchased a TK102 nano tracker with a 12v power supply as the 2 batteries have short power life (50 hrs). The tracker works great but I would like to know the best circuit.and access point to wire the 12v supply.
