  7. Hi Steveo123, I do not know much about the F pace but found this Regards, Aubrey. the rain/snow and ice mode is just another mode, so stays selected until you select otherwise. From what I saw yesterday, travelling back with 4" snow on the ground and up steep hills and down them, it really does help keep in the correct gear for the conditions and dulls the throttle and possible the steering too. essentially it was showing in the ASi screen that it was rear wheel drive when off throttle and as soon as I touched the throttle, AWD kicked in and then back off when I released the throttle. http://www.ownerinfo.jaguar.com/document/4A/2018/T28409/25632_en_GBR/proc/G2156611 I was on a Jaguar experience day at Donington last month and was tutored in Low Friction Launch. You have to be at a stand still and select ASi from the menu (on ICTP, don't know about ICT). From the ASi menu you select Low Friction Launch. It's really impressive. We were on artificial ice at the time and were told to floor it. The intelligence within the vehicle kept the vehicle within 12" of straight depite the wheels spinning. The auto correction is incredible.
  8. Hi Geoff, I keep my cars ;outside but do not use a cover. I have had them ceramic coated. I can not recommend a cover myself but other members have said they have used. See below. Regards, Aubrey. "All weather 'Stormshield Plus' cover" "Unless your buying a good one, as there reasonable expensive then I would no bother the cheaper ones will only mark the paint on the corners and edges as there not lined also the cheap ones dont breath, so the car will hold damp and will sweat like nothing you've seen ideally the best cover would be a car port, keeps the main elements off and allow the car breath and dry correct cheers Joe" Covers recommended by one from 'Classic Additions' https://hamiltonclassic.co.uk/collections/outdoor-covers

  21. Hi Eric, I do not know about the KR but found this Bank 1 and Bank 2 refer to the two sides of the engine. Bank 1 is the side that contains cylinder #1, while Bank 2 is the side that contains cylinder #21. Sensor 1 and Sensor 2 refer to the oxygen sensors that measure the oxygen level in the exhaust gases. Sensor 1 is located before the catalytic converter, while Sensor 2 is located after the catalytic converter1 The oxygen sensors on a Jaguar XKR are connected to the exhaust pipe, either in front or back of the catalytic converter1. To locate the O2 sensor directly in front of the catalytic converter on the driver's side of the Jaguar, look for a white sensor with a green wire protruding from it2. Another way to locate the sensor is to look to the right of the intake manifold, where there is a grey plug visible. Next to it is a black one. Follow that lead down to below the catalytic converter3.
