lots of videos on you tube, but none which i can find showing how to fit the moulding finisher …

Hi Scoured the internet but to no avail on how to take off and fit a new exterior moulding finisher for my drivers door on a 2005 x type, have the part but would greatly appreciate any detailed instructions / manuals / pics etc on how to do this ……. is there any lifesaver out there ? If there is such a person who can help i can send any pics etc required if they need ... cheers
