    Restricted Performance Message - XF 2010

    Having recently purchased a 2010 XF, upon medium/hard acceleration (not very often) these past few weeks, I keep getting a "Restricted Performance" Error in Red which is more than annoying. When I stop and turn the engine off for a few minutes, the message resets itself and all is well again. As a forum newbie, to my fellow forum colleagues - are there any obvious faults that I should be looking out for, or is it a case of taking it to a dealership and getting them to diagnose it. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance, Paul
