Had my XF for a few months now replaced back brakes and discs and one calliper now there’s a message displaying can’t apply park brake but when turn off ignition for a minute I can put park brake on , any information would appreciated.

Hi guys .looking to find out if my Jaguar XF 2009 is belt driven or chain..it's sitting at 72300 ...??
