Have a 66 plate R-Sport with heated windscreen which appears to have a 'gap' in the heating along the centerline. Wondering if this is normal, or a fault. Have had the car less than 2 months, and have noticed this on a couple of occasions when I've not pre-heated the car.

Hi. Recent 'convert' to Jaguar ownership, and loving my XF. Quite dismayed, however, that there was nothing in the events section for Scotland. Surely there's more than a few of us up here? So if you live in the land of Jock, tag this and let's see if we can't get a wee group set up...

Have just recently acquired a 2017 2.0D XF R-Sport and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what the mystery black box that's mounted beneath the rear parcel shelf is. It has what appears to be a sim card carrier (going by the symbol), eject button for same, and a USB port with a spanner symbol beside it. Thanks.
