    Satnav login

    Can anyone advise me on an issue I have regarding my satnav. The issue is when I go to the satnav there is a button saying sign in to account I enter my details then a window pop up that says there is an error our end. How do I contact them or do I really need to login.

    I have recently brought my XE R Sports, when I go to the satnav there is a touch button saying sign in to account, but when I do it then says there is a problem at our end. Do I really need to log in ? Or what do I need to do. Any help will be of great help.
