    Jaguar XF 2016 My gear selector switch has decided not to work - stuck in P mode .

    I've just had the same issue..... gear selector rises but stuck in park.... I found an auto electrician in Oldham....KG Auto Electrician LTD.....who replaced the two solenoids that cause the problem. Sent the module Monday and got it back on Wednesday all working fine. Excellent communication and videos of working unit. Would have cost £500+ at Jaguar...... cost £109 including postage costs.... excellent job.... and a lovely guy.....
