you will not be able to rev the engine if there is no load due to the rev limiter this is normal. once it is on the road under load it will rev freely , bob hicks

hi i have a 3ltr s/tye that gastec fitted a lpg convertion to 5 years ago no problems at all 40+ mpg have no fears about converting. but make sure the company is properly approved and issue u with a certificate. for the insurance company. cheers bob hicks
