    Reliability of high mileage S types

    blodders posted a topic in Jaguar S-Type Club
    I have a 2007 2.7 diesel S type with a mileage of 72,000. I have over the last year started encountering reliability problems. With such a high mileage I am wondering whether to sell it because of potential future reliability problems, or whether to keep it recognising that I may incur greater maintenance costs. Does anyone have experience of the reliability of high mileage S types?

    I own aN 2007 S Type Jaguar and am wondering whether to get it serviced at a non-Jaguar garage. Does anyone have experience of doing this, and if so, can you recommend a garage in Wiltshire.
