  1. I have a 2020 XF Sportbrake 3.0. I took it in originally to resolve what I thought would be an engine mounting issue: When I go over a speed ramp (its also noticeable on certain undulations/bump, but easy to reproduce over a speed ramp) I get a secondary "bounce/bump". They have replaced the upper damper mountings/engine mounts/gearbox mounts and said it was cured. I have just picked up the car and it is exactly the same. They are saying that it is a characteristic of the car, others are the same............I would be grateful if any of you could contribute to this theory. It has taken them 2 months to get this far! However, I now have the vibration you refer to: vibration at light throttle load, any gear, at 1600-1700 rpm. I have yet to start the ball rolling to resolve this new issue, along with the original one. Any contribution/help very much appreciated. Neil
  2. Hi Steve, Just found this post, which answers the Q I posted on another thread. My friend is also in Essex.......what dealership did you use please? How much did it cost for the software update? Have you heard about moisture getting into the Body Control Module located near the fuel filler? Thanks, Neil
