    Unable to open the boot

    Binder replied to Ephriam's topic in Jaguar X-Type Club
    If you have a problem with the boot not opening on a xtype and still hear the mechanism. It's the wire from near side going into boot lid with rubber grommet it's the black wire is broken easy fix. Just need auto wire from halfords. Run wire through and connect both ends
