    Help My Poor Wife!

    When she connects her iPhone's 11's Bluetooth to my 2014 XF, she completely loses audio on her phone on any and all other phone apps. When she disconnects the Bluetooth, her phone audio returns 100% to these apps. My iPhone Xr model works perfectly when connected to Bluetooth in the car. The problem is obviously between her phone and our car's Bluetooth connection. I've tried everything I can think of with no luck. She's making me crazy. Does anybody out there in Jaguar Land have any ideas? Not the world's biggest problem, but would like an answer before I am forced to file for divorce!
