    cigar lighter - Does it have to turn off with the ignition?

    Hi there, I've recently moved up from a Mondeo to an X-type. With the Mondeo, the cigar lighter (or is that cigarette lighter as it was a Mondeo :-) ) had power available all the time which proved useful when charging my phone. In my X-type the power goes off when the ignition is witched off. Is it possible to change this in the X-type so that power is always available? I know in the Mondeo this was simply a case of moving the fuse in to an adjacent slot. This option doesn't seem to be available on the X-type. Any ideas or alternative suggestions anyone?
