    Car fob connection problems

    Hi . I have a Jaguar xe . My car isn’t recognising my key fob when trying to open doors . I have tried my spare and also tried new batteries . Using the key a can get into car and put my fob against steering rack which then the car recognises and lets me start car . What could be wrong?
