    Small battery

    Derek Xtype 3.0 V6 posted a topic in Jaguar X-Type Club
    Good morning people, hope somebody might be able to shed some light on this. I have a 2003 X type 3.0AWD auto. I keep getting dropped into limp mode , struggles to tick over on start up etc. When I checked battery I appear to have a Halford mini battery...only 41Ah. According to manual should be a 70Ah. Might this be the case of some issues. Limp mode only ever kicks in when I'm stationary at lights, or in very slow moving traffic. Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers, Derek.
