    Xkr convertible torneo cover

    Hi guys and galls, im wondering if someone could help me at all, I have a 2007 xkr convertible, brought it out of storage and put a new battery on, went to open hood and it opened four inches then stopped, went thru the procedure it shows in book to stow the hood and let the torneo cover rest back down but it will not latch back down, did the operation in reverse and got the hood back over and used Allen key to tighten hood down to windscreen, so at this point the torneo cover is tight down with roof holding it down but still not latched and comes up on dash as not latched. Many thanks for any help, Liam
