  1. Update...... headlamps are now out, but the number plate lights and small side rear red lights are lit..... Think my car is haunted!! Alistair
  2. My 2012 XK has a flat battery it would seem, wanted to go out for a blast and absolutly dead. Interestingly, the running lights and rear number plate are on, but the stalk is set to off. Having got into the car again and ensured yes the lights were set o off, the nearside main beam is on! Finally found the jump points in the boot, but still as dead as a door nail! Anyone had this happen, or have any thoughts. Another interesting point was last time I used the car the cigarette lighter was dead.....🤨 Thoughts would be appreciated. Alistair
  3. Picked up my first Jag, 2012 XK convertable - an awesome car! But I must say I'm well disappointed with the radio. Now I know I should be luxuriating in the purr of the V8, but it would still be good to have some form of DAB reception. Does anyone have a recommendation on how to improve the unit, or if there is a stand alone addition available? A
  4. I'm a new member and have an issue with seagulls. How do you clean gull c@@p off the convertable top of a XF? And I suppose the next question is how can I protect it from later incidents - is there a product that will protect the cloth? I do have a cover , but its the odd, sods law moment when its not on Im concerned about. Many thanks in advance Alistair
