    Issues with Jaguar phone module

    Hi all I have a 2009 Sovereign and have an issue when I press the telephone button on the head unit I get a no phone connect error message. I have checked the connections to the phone module in the boot. The amp, satnav and voice all work fine. I've gone into hu diagnostic and checked and the phone option isn't selected. If I select this option and press the telephone button the error message changes to communication error. Before I buy a new phone module is there anything else that could be the problem? Thanks
