    Keyless entry issues

    Hi anyone help me please. Our XF keys won’t work. Had the AA out and got me home using the fob being on placed on the square under the steering wheel. can use this but the error message is reposition key fob or cannot locate key fob. Both keys won’t work can’t really understand it. Has the key lost its connection to the car?? Or are the electrics broken? Any help wd be appreciated!
