Hi it has been a long time since i have been on here so if this question is in the wrong place sorry , I am in the process of buying a 2005 x type estate 2.2 diesel it apparently black smoke smokes on acceleration but it will then clear and comes back i am getting this information of the owner who as usual is not a mechanic. I have been a mechanic myself for 50 odd years now but i need a pointer were to go IE injectors / pump egr or worse case scenario any ideas thanks in advance I

  3. Hi just a quick question just fitted new hub carrier bushes and noticed something does my 2004 x type 3.o awd have 2 fuel tanks as there are 2 identical plastic like tanks either side underneath
  4. Hi guys first post on here my 3ltr v6 awd requires the rear hub carrier bushes os & ns and when all stripped will most lickely need other bushes and the like. I know one shocker lower bush is worn but my main question is why are the parts so expensive mainly the shockers are stupid prices does any one know of any supplier that sells suspension parts at good prices i rebuilt a jeep grand cherokee complete front and rear suspension for under £200
