Thanks Jim I'll take a look but never gave 3D printing a thought. I shall do some research!

As a new owner of a 2005 x type I was flabbergasted at the cost of replacing the headlamp jet washer covers which because of their price, I am reliably advised are stolen to re sell. At over £50 each for a piece of moulded plastic is more than excessive. I am reluctant to purchase on a well known auction site as they may be available as a result of theft but if anyone can advise me somewhere to purchase other than a main dealer I would be most appreciative. Interesting. I am a proud new owner of a 2005 x type 2.2 diesel a car I always wanted to drive. Everything works ok but I noticed that the water temp rarely goes above a quarter and when it does it falls back again. I have read that the oil cooler thermostat may require replacing but then again I have read this symptom is quite normal. Perhaps someone could give me some advice on whether I should be concerned or not.
