  1. Yes, it is part of their subscription that also gives you regular map updates. I renewed my subscription a few months back, so I should still be getting the traffic updates. Hmmm, maybe something went wrong with the subscription. Perhaps there is a way that I can check this with Jaguar? Paul

  3. Hi folks I'm running a 2018 XF, with InControl Touch Pro. For reasons I do not understand, I have stopped receiving traffic alerts. Previously while I was driving along, using the Satnav, it would warn me of traffic queues or accidents ahead and would allow me to select if I wanted to reroute. But now I receive no alerts, and have several times got stuck in traffic that I could have avoided. (Such as driving to Norwich last weekend!). My SIM card (EE data card) seems to be working fine, as I can view satellite maps, find local fuel stations or parking and view the various news and weather services. Is there a hidden menu option I need to check, to ensure that traffic alerts are activated? It was previously working fine, so I am baffled why it has stopped working! Or is there something in my Jaguar account that I need to be enabling? Any advice gratefully received! Paul Cambridge, UK
