    Thanks Golfy!, I had thediff filled with oil & still noisy whining, was yours making a noise or how did you know you had a problem? I too have had arm & leg quotes to right rebuild the diff or to put swap it for a reconditioned one. What did Aa man do to fix it?

    Hi, does anyone have experience of noisy diff problems & solutions to fix & costs involved? my xf is a 2014, are diff problems common? going to main dealer will be extremely costly, are recon diffs any good or rebuild? I’d be grateful for any advice.
