    Key problem

    Hi all. Hopefully someone can help before I throw the head up with this car. Got a 2016 xf s 3LV6 a couple of years ago. Had nothing but issues with it this year. Just forked out close to a grand last month getting the following fixed : drop link/spring/gaskets/lambda sensor The door is now loose and doesn’t close right. this week an r driver decided to sail into me so another £800 getting the door sprayed for the scraps he caused. now….the potential final nail- I can’t get it to lock. Thought it was the batteries - replaced them and still doesn’t lock. Got into car- reset the fob. Vehicle starts. Still doesn’t lock. Switch off….key fob not set as recognised despite following instructions. Thing is breaking my heart
