    Costs for diagnostic checks

    Greetings from Yorkshire. My 2002 X Type 2,5 Sport V6 runs very well but suddenly I am getting a air bag light on the dash, and a engine malfunction light. Car runs very well and I have no adverse starting or performance issues. Car used most day. One word of warning about buying a used Jaguar. You will know that the seller will tell you everything but the truth. Get your car checked out and make sure you are prepared to spend on repairs. Most of my brake system was shot but I have been able to obtain cheap parts, and a relative has a professional car workshop and hoist.
