  2. Hi All Very glad to have found this thread! My 67 plate F-Pace broke down (EGR pipe broken). Took it to Jag dealership and in the routine healthcheck they advise issues with oil leakage. I authorise 3 hours of diagnostics and am advised I need new engine! I asked what the cause was and the garage don't know - can only deal with the symptoms which is 3 of the 4 cylinders have low pressure. Jag would take the engine back from them and investigate after I agree to the repair. Contacted Jag directly and a week later they come back with 40% gesture of goodwill. I haven't accepted and will continue to pursue. Car has just under 150k miles and less then 5 years old. Bought from Jaguar and serviced (and repaired) by Jaguar throughout. One repair about 12k miles ago was on "piston cooling oil solenoid". Anyone know if this is something that could impact the engine? Thanks in advance for any helpful comments!
