    will a new battery resolve all the issues on my jag xf

    In my experience it will not fix the problem. I have replaced both batteries twice. Stop start has always been a problem, which has never bothered me. Can’t see the point. My problem if I leave the car for a short time say 3 weeks it is flat. Not enough to unlock the doors, which is another problem as the batteries are in the boot you can’t simply charge it up.
